To get service under this Limited Warranty, the request for service must be received by us before the expiration of the warranty periods set
forth in this Limited Warranty. The request for service should also indicate reasonable times during which you will be available at your home
so that we can schedule the appropriate warranty work.

COVERAGE AND TERM:(1) For a period of one (1) year after Closing, we will repair, without charge, any defects in workmanship or materials in the following:(a) floors, except for settlement cracks in ceramic tile;(b) ceilings;(c) walls; and (d) other integral structural components of the home not covered by other portions of this Limited Warranty.(2) For a period of one (1) year after Closing, we will repair or replace, whichever we determine to be appropriate, without charge, any defects in workmanship or materials in the following:(a) the plumbing system;(b) the heating system (if installed by us or our agents);(c) the roof;(d) the electric wiring system; and(e) the septic tank (if installed by us or our agents).

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY ON APPLIANCE AND EQUIPMENT:We are giving you the manufacturer’s warranty for appliances and equipment such as refrigerator, range, space heater, hot water heater, washing machine, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ventilating fan, air conditioner, and like items, but we are not responsible for repairing or servicing such items. We will use our best efforts to assist you in any warranty claims against the manufacturer, BUT WE DO NOT GIVE ANY WARRANTY ON SUCH ITEMS.

EXCLUSIONS:WE EXCLUDE FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:(1) Damage due to ordinary wear and tear, or abusive use or misuse;(2) Defects which are the results of characteristics common to the material used, such as, but not limited to:(a) cracks in ceramic tiles caused by settlement;(b) warping and deflection of wood;(c) fading, chalking and cracking paint due to sunlight;(d) cracks due to drying and curing of concrete, stucco, plaster, bricks and masonry; and(e) drying, shrinking and cracking of caulking and weatherstripping.(3) Loss or injury caused in any way by the elements;(4) Conditions resulting from condensation on, or expansion or concentration of materials; and (5) Paint over newly
plastered interior walls.

DISCLAIMERS:THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY WE GIVE. WARRANTIES IMPLIED UNDER STATE LAW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE. WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO PROPERTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.WHO IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:This Limited Warranty runs in favor only of the original purchaser of the house, and is not transferable. Any obligation under this Limited Warranty terminates if the property is resold or shall cease to be occupied by the homeowner to whom it is originally issued.
