Construction Process

The WHB Construction Process

Stage 1:
During this time, you will make all exterior and interior color and material selections while the builder applies for all building permits. The land is cleared and the foundation and slab are poured.

Stage 2:
The concrete block will go up and the windows will be formed. The tie beam is poured.

Stage 3:
Trusses are set next and the roof is sheeted and dried in.

Stage 4:
The interior walls are framed and windows are installed.

Stage 5:
All roughs installed and inspected. (plumbing, AC, and electric)

Stage 6:
Wall insulation installed and inspected, drywall is hung and roof is mopped.

Stage 7:
The drywall is finished and the doors and trims are completed. Then insulation is blown.

Stage 8:
The interior and exterior painting is completed. The cabinets are installed.

Stage 9:
All trims are complete including garage door, mirrors, shelving, shower enclosures, roof, flooring and final paint

Stage 10:
It is time for your final walk through inspection with our WHB representative. The certificate of occupancy is issued and now it time to close on your brand new dream home! Congrats!!
